Sitting in the garden

Reading the Shakespeare

Away from the sanctimonious world

Staring at the beautiful flowers

Looking at the blue sky

A thought came to my mind

How she'll be like

Away from this fake world

Untouched of the chaos

Tangled in the white

She'll be an angel

With sanguine expectations ,

My eyes turned towards the bird chirping sitting on the young tree

Impetuous of this cruel world

In untrodden leaves of the tree and the birds lies purity .

Bright white lit screen on a small device

My soul crying out

Waiting the person to reach this device and pull me close

I long for the love of this person

Yet here, i lie texting and flirting

Why can't we be more ?

Mom tells me ," put the phone away "

I swear you're always on that thing

Putting the phone on the desk ,

I got the problem i know

But , it's not the phone i'm addicted to .

There are many illusions

The fear of not being reciprocal

I don't know your favourite colour

Or what you sing in the shower.

Staring at the little screen with dismay

Listening to your favorite songs

At the very thought of you

I let my soul flare .

Will i always feel this way ?
