Communalising Love

In India , inter marriages between people of different castes , religions have to large extent been prevented by casteism , religious conservatism, and fear of parental love . Majority of Indian people have arranged marriages, which by nature , intra-caste and intra-religious. It's sad to say in such a diverse and large countries, intermarriages are still a rarity .

Our Patriarchal society even today doesn't understand the concept of love . You all have heard about about making laws against so called " love jihad ". The government of N.D.A. ruled states is making a law on this spurious conspiracy for what ? To satisfy the toxic support base which lives in hooliganism, jingoism and lalochezia . It is taking rights from our girls and the state is telling them to remain in these artificial social boundaries. The state which is supposed to protect the rights is weaponizing the fringe elements . This law made by these state governments is outrageous, incongruous and unconstitutional. This law is antithetic to the freedom of choice of a grown up individual. I hope the court will thrash this law . But if it stays , it'll be an emormity to the Indian constitution.

Think this way , if you love a muslim/Christian girl . It's not called love . It'll be called " reverse jihad " maybe . For all i know , love is bold ,painful, ecstatic, overwhelming . In fact , love is stupid . Why are you making it toxic ? Is this the so called " vishaw guru" you were talking about?

We're seeing journalists as usual scowling these jihad theories, slanging , screaming ,divisive discussions.

Let's see it like that . They are characterizing Hindu women as dimwitted as they can be coaxed into changing their religion so easily . The male chauvinistic society don't think that Hindu women can take their decision for themselves. It's a nefarious design to threaten love through lies and fabricated hate campaign. To take away the autonomy of women and her choices to be in love with anyone of any caste or religion.

The organizations of Sangh privar have been able to pursue their flagrantly anti-constitutional and unlawful methods in trying to prevent interreligious marriages because their agenda feeds the casteism and religious anxiety of the majority of India .

Nazi Germany prohibited sexual relations between Jews and Non- Jews. Apartheid South Africa had laws prohibiting inter-racial marriages and sexual relations. What interference can we draw from this ?
